Here at Chimera Sanctuary & Rescue, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2020, we have been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to support our rescue dogs with the highest level of care while awaiting their forever homes. We thoroughly believe that the success of our adoptions is a direct result of a high level of care for our dogs mental, social, and physical health during their time with us. We assess each dogs needs and personalities and work diligently to find those committed to their future in their forever homes!  Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.

Chimera Sanctuary & Rescue is committed to the rescue of dogs in need of holistic care, and the responsible placement of those dogs into the perfect environments for the happiest ever afters. We ensure our dogs get the utmost in nutrition, enrichment, and healthcare while at our rescue so no dog that comes to us ever feels unwanted, unsafe, or unhealthy again!
Education
Ensuring Optimal Companionship
As part of our mission, it is important to us to educate our adopters and supporters on best practices for meeting dogs' social, emotional, mental, and physical needs. Education on best practices for care of our dogs helps potential adopters assess themselves if a pup is a best fit for them and their families!  Dogs in rescue should be given the best chance at their future, and education on tools and resources for their support, whether our dogs or dogs adopted from other rescues, is an essential component to successful second chances!
